| The Four Horsemen International Corporation (FHI) was established to meet the needs of rebuilding the worn torn nation of Afghanistan. FHI established itself early on and established kinships with many of the current leaders of the nation. FHI was the only registered representative with the Department of Justice to represent the interim Government of Afghanistan in 2002 and 2003. FHI teamed with the Untied States Geology Survey (USGS) and the Interim Government of Afghanistan Ministry of Mining in order to conduct a series of coal samples and surveys through out Afghanistan assisting in rebuilding the coal mining industry in Afghanistan. This was no small undertaking. The propriety results of these samples were released by FHI for the betterment of the country and published to the world in the World Bank report. FHI continues this relationship with USGS and the Ministry of Mining in Afghanistan. FHI is a well established and recognized United States Government Contractor. In 2002 FHI opened its first office in the Untied States and Afghanistan and began conducting business. Today FHI has ten offices in throughout Afghanistan. We are very proud that today six years later some of our most valued and trusted employees of this company are Afghans that we have trained and nurtured into senior management positions. FHI has had a lot of transformation over the last six years to meet the ever changing needs of our clients. THE FOUR HORSEMEN INTERNATIONAL ranks are replete with individuals that are typically characterized as our “Nations Hero’s,” or more formally known as the veterans of the nation’s elite special operations units, drawn from across all branches of the U.S. military and foreign services. The company has decorated combat veterans from Vietnam, Panama, Grenada, Desert Storm, and the War on Terrorism in Afghanistan Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraq Freedom (OIF). FHI always strives to hire the "worlds hero" in giving preferential treatment to combat veterans. FHI contains members from the retired ranks ranging from Major General’s down to Sergeant. It would be the aim of THE FOUR HORSEMEN INTERNATIONAL, to perform and execute any contract in a manner that meets the basic requirement of the work statement but also with an eye toward addressing the heightened awareness posed by the terrorist threat.
